# MIA - Your Market Intelligence Analyst

MIA is Tembi’s market intelligence analyst built directly on top of the e-commerce dataset.

Instead of navigating dashboards, filters, and charts, MIA lets you ask direct market questions and get structured answers back - grounded in Tembi’s data.

#### What MIA does

MIA is designed to help teams move faster from question to insight.

You can use MIA to:

* Ask market-level questions in plain language
* Explore competitors, segments, and markets without building views manually
* Surface patterns and outliers that are hard to spot in static reports
* Turn answers into structured insights and dashboards

MIA works across checkout data, webshop data, organisational data, and growth modelling - always using the same underlying dataset as the rest of the platform.

#### Moving from exploration to insight

Traditional market analysis often stops at exploration.

MIA is built to go further by:

* Comparing markets, competitors, and segments on a like-for-like basis
* Highlighting where performance is improving or slipping
* Explaining *why* differences exist, not just *what* they are
* Supporting follow-up questions without restarting the analysis

This allows teams to iterate quickly and build a deeper understanding of how markets actually behave.

#### How teams use MIA

**Leadership**

* Explore market structure and competitive dynamics
* Track how markets evolve over time
* Support strategic discussions with data-backed answers

**Strategy and market intelligence**

* Investigate hypotheses without waiting for new reports
* Identify trends, anomalies, and structural shifts
* Build narratives that explain market movement

**Commercial teams**

* Understand where opportunities and risks are emerging
* Get context before prioritising markets or accounts
* Support planning with evidence rather than intuition

#### Built for continuous analysis

MIA is not a one-off reporting tool.

It is designed for continuous use, allowing teams to:

* Revisit questions as markets change
* Validate assumptions against live data
* Move from static snapshots to ongoing market understanding

By combining Tembi’s dataset with an interactive analyst layer, MIA helps teams spend less time searching for data - and more time deciding what to do with it.

*MIA is currently in beta-release with selected customers.*
